County Success For Mischa
Congratulations to Mischa Wilson in the Lower Fourth Form, who has been selected for the Bedfordshire County cricket team.
Mischa’s cricket career all began one Sunday morning when her brother’s team were one player short. “I actually played really well”, recalled Mischa, “and scored my first four runs”. Mischa played in the team for a year and a half before she was entered for the Bedfordshire County Trials. “I was nervous at first, but got better as the training went on – after 10 weeks they decided their squad of 16 players and I was one of them! I was very happy and proud of myself”.
We all wish Mischa every success in her forthcoming County games.
